INGREDIENTS: filling (Ocean Wise Atlantic salmon, whole milk, SPK fish stock [Ocean Wise fish bones, onions*, carrots*, celery*, parsley*, bay leaf*, lemon*], leeks*, potato*, green peas, olive oil, all purpose flour*, butter, white wine, dill*, sea salt, black pepper*), crust (all purpose flour*, butter, cane sugar*, sea salt), free-range eggs

OVEN: Preheat oven to 375F. For best results: beat 1 egg with 1 tbsp water until smooth. Lightly brush pie on all sides and tops of the pastry. Cook for 60-90 minutes, rotating halfway.
